We are also authorized and have a legal mandate by many governments/oil-rich governments and oil-rich clients worldwide and wealthy investors to purchase huge quantities of rough or finished diamonds up to 250,000 karats on behalf of our clients.

This authorization allows U.S.A. Mega Funding Corp., sole world representative, to conduct full negotiations with full authority of the owner and seller, for the listed real and proven diamonds. The Seller hereby undertakes to Sell/Transfer the below mentioned Rough Diamonds to the Buyer and, the Buyer hereby undertakes to Buy/Purchase the below mentioned Rough Diamonds from the Seller. We wish to purchase up to $50 Million U.S. per month plus of rough diamonds. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Terms of Sale: 

  1. The seller send manifest to the buyer and also confirms the product is free from a non-criminal origin.

  2. Buyer accepts by sending LOI.

  3. Both parties sign a contract if possible.

  4. The buyer funds the costs of taxes and shipment (insurance inclusive) of the diamonds from seller’s country. (Buyer is also welcomed if he/she intends to travel to purchase).

  5. The stones will be delivered directly to the buyer’s preferred destination.

  6. We will then increase the quantity after the first shipment has been completed successfully.

  7. All transactions must have Kimberly Processed Certificates and must be 100% KPCS compliant.
